1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained, save juice)
1 sm. box sugar free pistachio pudding (instant)
1 pkg. light cream cheese, softened
Mix pudding with the juice from the pineapple. Add the cream cheese
and pineapple.

1 lg. Jello - Nutra Sweet (lime or orange)
1 lg. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 can mandarin oranges, drained & chopped
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip
Mix together and refrigerate.

12 oz. Weight Watcher's vanilla or chocolate ice cream
1 c. frozen whipped topping
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 box instant pudding, vanilla or chocolate (diet)
Soften ice cream and topping. Whip together with peanut butter
and pudding until smooth. Freeze in 8x8 inch pan until solid. Serves

Weight Watchers Dessert Recipe 4
12 oz. Weight Watcher's ice cream
1 c. Cool Whip
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. diet chocolate instant pudding
Let ice cream soften. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into
9x13 pan. Freeze. 1/8 serving equals 1/4 milk, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 protein,
1/2 fat, plus 30 calories. Count exchanges.
