Weight Watchers Dessert Recipe 1

1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained, save juice)
1 sm. box sugar free pistachio pudding (instant)
1 pkg. light cream cheese, softened

Mix pudding with the juice from the pineapple. Add the cream cheese and pineapple.

Weight Watchers Dessert Recipe 2

1 lg. Jello - Nutra Sweet (lime or orange)
1 lg. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 can mandarin oranges, drained & chopped
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix together and refrigerate.

Weight Watchers Dessert Recipe 3

12 oz. Weight Watcher's vanilla or chocolate ice cream
1 c. frozen whipped topping
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 box instant pudding, vanilla or chocolate (diet)

Soften ice cream and topping. Whip together with peanut butter and pudding until smooth. Freeze in 8x8 inch pan until solid. Serves 8

Weight Watchers Dessert Recipe 4

12 oz. Weight Watcher's ice cream
1 c. Cool Whip
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. diet chocolate instant pudding

Let ice cream soften. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 9x13 pan. Freeze. 1/8 serving equals 1/4 milk, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 protein, 1/2 fat, plus 30 calories. Count exchanges.
